How To Use

SPRAY – Use 1 pump per nostril as needed.
BREATHE IN GENTLY as you spray—it might feel intense at first, but many find it oddly exhilarating!
SNEEZING? No prob — If the first spray triggers a sneeze, just blow your nose gently, then reapply.
Brief burn? Totally normal. A slight tingle in your nose or throat may happen, but it fades fast—and then you’re breathing again! How good does that feeel???

Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Before first use, please patch test by using in one nostril only. In case of any adverse reaction, discontinue use of product immediately.
