Chrysanthemum Tea

Spring Wind

When your eyes need help, think Chrysanthemum! In TCM, Chrysanthemum flowers (菊花, Ju Hua) is the go-to herb for clearing excess heat from the eyes - think redness, itching, dryness, and blurry vision (especially from screens or allergies!).

Optional: Add Goji berries (枸杞子, Gou Qi Zi, not included) which work to nourish your eyes by strengthening liver system blood quality (which in TCM directly fuels vision).

Together, they’re a powerhouse duo used frequently in Chinese herbal practice. The mild sweetness of Goji perfectly balances Ju Hua’s light bitterness.

½ LB Bag, Makes 56 - 75 Cups Of Tea

My absolute favorite Chrysanthemums on the market! These flowers are sourced from committed California, Oregon, and Washington growers, ecologically-grown without pesticides.

How To Use

Steep 3-4 heaping tablespoons of Chrysanthemum for 3-5 minutes.
Optional: add 5-6 Goji berries

Pro Tip:

- Don’t toss the flowers, you can steep another 2-3x to get multiple cups of tea.

- You can also dunk your Gua Sha tool in the tea as a “Gua Sha Compress” for itchy eyes
