I'm kicking off a 14-Day Gua Sha Liftathon on Instagram, and I'd love for you to join me.

In 2026, we've normalized the intentional paralysis of working muscles and replacing our own biology with injectable fillers for beauty. We're cool with it because on the surface the lines are gone and the volume is back. But it's at the expense of tissue health and integrity.

To me, that's not beauty. It's creating the appearance of youth while aging the tissues underneath. But, TCM has taught me that the best beauty technology isn't waiting to be invented. We already own it. It's the biology we're born with.

The longer I practice TCM, the more I'm convinced the human body is the most intelligent system ever created. No technology will ever upstage it. Practice gua sha with me for the next 14 days and you'll see that for yourself.

That's what this tutorial is about. Every glide of your tool across your skin stimulates the health of the tissues underneath. Keep caring for your tissue health, and the plump glow of your skin will just happen. It's an inevitable side effect.
