Chrysanthemum Goji Tea

Lanshin

1 oz, ~ 10 servings.

When your eyes need help, think Chrysanthemum + Goji.
In TCM, Chrysanthemum flowers (菊花, Ju Hua) are the go-to herb for clearing excess heat from the eyes—think redness, itching, dryness, and blurry vision (especially from screens or allergies!). Meanwhile, Goji berries (枸杞子, Gou Qi Zi) work to nourish your eyes by strengthening liver blood (which TCM says directly fuels vision).

Together, they’re a powerhouse duo used frequently in Chinese herbal practice. The mild sweetness of Goji perfectly balances Ju Hua’s light bitterness. This is premium organic Ju Hua and Goji from my carefully selected, fave sources!

How To Use

☕ For a gentle sipping tea: Steep 1 heaping tablespoon of Ju Hua + 5-6 Goji berries in hot water for 5-10 minutes. Light, floral, and subtly sweet.

💊 For a stronger, medicinal-grade brew: Use 2-3 tablespoons of Ju Hua + 10-12 Goji berries (yes, it’ll be bitter—that’s how you know it’s potent!). Ideal for acute flare-ups.

Feel free to steep this tea 2-3x to get multiple cups of tea. And you can also dunk your Gua Sha tool in the tea as a kind of “Gua Sha Compress” for itchy eyes.
