Auriculotherapy utilizes points on the ear that when stimulated provide treatment for medical conditions in other areas of the body. This Headaches & Migraines Ear Seed Kit features an ear chart showing auriculotherapy (ear) points that are believed to correspond to regions of the body associated with headaches & migraines. 

Each kit includes:

• 120 latex-free ear seeds (4-6 week supply)
• Clearly illustrated graphic image detailing points believed to correspond to headaches & migraines

• Instructions for use 
• A stainless steel tweezer

Using tweezers, remove adhesive and seed from the plastic backing. Apply to intended point (shown on the illustrated graphic). To amplify effect, lightly massage seed with finger tip every few hours.

May be left on the ear for up to 5 days.

Each ear seed is made of a small, black seed from the vaccaria plant, sometimes also known as cowherb, cowcockle, cow basil, cow soapwort, and prairie carnation. The adhesive is a medical-grade 3M adhesive, main ingredient zinc oxide.
