The Hand Gate

Large Intestine 4:

Find a tight or tender spot between your thumb and pointer finger. Using a Lanshin Sculpting Spoon or your finger to press and circle 30x counterclockwise. Then, switch
 and circle 30x clockwise. Repeat on other hand.

The Foot Gate

Liver 3:

Find a tender or tight spot where your big toe and second toe meet at the joint. Use your Lanshin Sculpting Spoon or finger to press and circle 30x counterclockwise. Switch and circle 30x clockwise. Repeat on other foot.

The Neck

Gallbladder 20:

Find where your spine meets your skull on the back of your head. Then, using your Lanshin Massager by ACERA, move 1-2 inches to either side where it feels like your fingers fall into a ditch. Press and circle 30x counterclockwise, then 30x clockwise. Repeat on the other side.
