“Getting rid” of "double chins" is one of our most requested Gua Sha tutorials. While Gua Sha can't make fat or excessively loose skin under the chin disappear, a lot of “double chins” are actually the result of poor neck posture (aka tech neck) causing chronic tension and blockage in the neck muscle and fascia.

For this type of chin heaviness, Gua Sha can do a whole lot— not just in improving the look of your chin, jaw and neck but also (more importantly) restores their health. In this class you will learn an easy at-home routine to improve the healthy condition of face, neck and body that contribute to chin heaviness. We will also correct much of misinformation out there about what Gua Sha can and can’t do to change the appearance of the chin and jawline.

  1. Your Gua Sha tool or Lanshin Massager - we’ll be using the Lanshin Pro Gua Sha tool
