Returns. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on tools, skincare, or personal care products. Please carefully consider this prior to purchasing.
Defective Items. If you receive an item that you believe is defective, please email email@example.com within five (5) business days of delivery so that we can work with you to assess the situation and determine if an exchange is feasible.
We will not accept any returns or exchanges without first being contacted, or if a request is made after the five (5) business day window.
Items accepted for return or exchange for any reason other than manufacturer’s defect will be shipped by the consumer, using a trackable service (e.g. DHL, UPS, USPS Priority Mail). Without that, Lanshin will not be able to assist if it’s lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
Skincare. Please note, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on topical skincare products. Contamination is a health and safety issue (and no exceptions will be made.
Products may contain fragrance or other scented ingredients. Please consider this prior to purchase. Kindly email support@Lanshin.com prior to purchase if you have questions or would like to inquire about purchasing samples.
Gua Sha tools. Please be advised, Lanshin Gua Sha tools are made from natural stones that are fragile and likely to chip or break if dropped. That is not a defect and broken Gua Sha tools are not eligible for return or exchange.
Samples. We offer sample sizes on many of the skincare products we sell. We encourage you to try out products and see if they are suited for your skin! Please limit the number of samples you purchase to five (5) per order. Orders with more than 5 samples may be subject to changes/cancellation.
Gift Certificates/Gift Cards. Lanshin gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Any unused balance on a gift certificate/card will remain until redeemed (or until the expiration date, if applicable).
Out of Stock Items. We do our best to keep our site up-to-date, but if an item you purchase is out of stock, we’ll notify you via e-mail as soon as possible. If your order contains multiple items we’ll offer to ship your partial order and then ship the remaining items at no charge once they become available. We can also help you find a replacement or you may opt to cancel part of your order (or the entire order) and receive a refund.
