1. Fill with heat.
Pop off the silicone cap and carefully fill your massager with hot water, then replace the cap securely. The higher the water temperature, the longer it will retain heat.
Pro tip: Fill to ¾ full, not all the way to the top. This makes it easier to close and helps prevent small drops of overflow.
2. *Check before you soothe*
Always test the temperature on your hand or arm before use (especially before applying to your face or on others).
If it feels too hot, start by using it over your clothes, then move to bare skin once it cools slightly.
3. Enjoy the warmth.
Glide the heated massager over areas of tension — neck, shoulders, abdomen, or anywhere that needs release.
You can also use it without water for a more neutral, room-temperature feel.
4. If you notice a few drops while using.
This is not from leaking — the silicone cap forms a strong seal. It’s most likely from water that spilled onto the sleeve during filling.Simply wipe it away and continue using.
5. Clean with care.
Remove the silicone shell and wash with soap and warm water after use.
Do not microwave or place in the dishwasher.
