What I’ve learned from sharing how TCM views menopause is this:
(1) Many of you in the perimenopause - menopause transition process are truly suffering. (2) There isn’t a lot of meaningful support beyond HRT, which can be a godsend for some, only mildly helpful for others, and not even an option if you’re a cancer survivor or high risk.
